ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Conducts weekly sales calls for Guardium’s different companies – including servicing existing clients, and reaching out to potential customers
• As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and increasing revenue.
• The role requires a high degree of customer service and communication skills, as well as a passion for sales.
• Preparing weekly sales and activity reports
• Inputting and maintaining CSM software for client files, development and projects
• Develop monthly strategy for sales calls and business development

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min. 2 – 3 years sales experience in Logistics/warehousing, staffing or recruitment agency, and/or security services will given the priority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the security, technology, transportation, or construction industries is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• High level of motivation, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
